Created Development Log Functionality

Update

The first development update for RPGGen discusses the addition of the Dev Log portion of the site. This update concerns the ability to add development updates in the future. This will allow me to keep followers up to date on the development of the platform.

Going forward, I will post updates here to mark my progress on the platform as well as explaining some of the concepts behind the updates as they are released.
